Signals Is Live: The Best Content in Your Business Is Already Happening
Content with real people in it beat product shots six to one — and it’s the hardest content to collect. Signals exists to catch it. Live today.
Today we're launching Signals — a platform that turns the everyday moments your team is already living into a content library your business can actually publish from.
Here's the problem it exists to solve, and the number that made us build it.
The finding
When we audited five years of paid social — 685 boosted posts across forty markets of home services — one category didn't just win, it left. Content with real people in it earned roughly six times the response of polished product shots. The same job, the same company, the same budget; the difference was whether there was a human being in the frame.
Everyone in marketing nods at that finding. And almost nobody acts on it, because of what we saw next in the data: the winning content is the hardest to collect. It's Tuesday, four o'clock. The crew was on a job this morning — somebody meant to get a photo. The tech's got gloves on, there's a customer standing right there, the owner's three calls behind. The photo never happens. The calendar still needs filling, so it gets filled from the stock folder.
Local content programs don't die from bad ideas. They die from collection.
What Signals does
Signals closes the gap between the people living the moments and the brand telling the story.
Your crew captures photos in the field — on the phones already in their pockets, in the flow of the job, no logins to a marketing tool, no process to remember. Signals organizes what they capture into a shared library: sorted, findable, ready to publish. The owner stops manufacturing content and starts choosing from it.
That's the whole idea. The content that outperforms everything else in the account stops driving around in a truck all day.
Built for one location — and for a thousand
Signals works for a single shop from day one. But it was engineered for the shape of business we know best: networks. Every account runs under its own visual identity — its own logo set, colors, and brand name, applied automatically to every photo the crew captures — and teams managing multiple brands switch between accounts from one login. Franchise systems, dealer networks, and membership organizations can roll it out across every location they serve.
And this launch is the first of three. There's more coming this fall — two more releases, each built to work with this one. We'll say what they are when they ship.

Signals is live at signals.thinkbright.com. If your best content keeps not happening, the fix was never a better calendar — it was a way to catch what's already there.
The full research that led here — every chart, every limit — is in our research library, in writing and in audio.
Think Bright Marketing is Services, Signals, and Sites. Signals is the answer to the collection problem; the six-to-one finding is why it exists.
